PR3 Construction was founded in 2019 by Tripp Rhoads, an Upstate South Carolina native with a lifelong passion for construction, who saw a need in his hometown for a construction company that values quality craftsmanship, transparency, and strong relationships. With this vision, PR3 Construction was founded, to bring national expertise and a personal approach to projects in the Upstate.
Since its inception, PR3 Construction has served diverse market sectors, including commercial, office, retail, restaurants, finance, healthcare, and light industrial. At PR3, our clients’ goals become our goals, and their success is our success.

Meet Our Founder:
Inspired by his father, Tripp began working as a carpenter during high school summers, setting the foundation for a career that would span nearly two decades.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University, Tripp gained extensive experience managing complex projects nationwide. His portfolio includes higher-education facility renovations, multi-use developments, and fast-paced retail upfits for Fortune 500 clients like T-Mobile and Sprint.
With over 20 years of project management, Tripp focused his passion for construction together with his investment in the Upstate to bring his national expertise back home to his community. Today, he leads the PR3 Construction team with the same dedication and passion that have defined his career, delivering exceptional results while investing in the Upstate—a place he’s proud to call home.
